Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship from?
Our workshop and main distribution center is based in Foshan, China. This strategic location allows our expert team to oversee every stage of production and quality control, ensuring that every timepiece that leaves our facility meets the highest standards of craftsmanship before it begins its journey to you.
How long does shipping to the United States take?
We offer two shipping options for our US customers:
Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 8-15 business days. This option is complimentary on all orders over $50.
Express Shipping: Typically arrives within 4-7 business days for an additional fee.

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
You will not. Under current US customs regulations, goods valued at less than $800 USD are generally exempt from import duties and taxes. As our products fall below this threshold, you can shop with confidence knowing there will be no surprise fees.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to follow your package's journey to your doorstep.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return policy for all watches in new, unworn condition. If for any reason you're not happy with your timepiece, you can return it for a full refund or exchange.
How do I start a return?
To initiate a return, please visit our dedicated Return Policy page or email our customer service team at yihekuajing1@gmail.com with your order number. To make returns easy for our US customers, we have a return processing center in the United States.
What does the CARLOPHIS warranty cover?
Every CARLOPHIS watch is covered by a 2-Year International Warranty. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects concerning the movement, case, and crystal. It does not cover damage resulting from accidents, mishandling, or normal wear and tear. For more details, please see our full Warranty Information page.

What is the difference between an Automatic and a Quartz watch?
Great question!
Automatic (and Mechanical) watches are powered by the motion of your wrist or by manual winding. They contain a complex system of gears and springs—the pinnacle of traditional watchmaking. They do not require a battery.
Quartz watches are powered by a battery. They are known for their exceptional accuracy and reliability with minimal maintenance.

Are your watches water-resistant?
Yes, all of our watches have a degree of water resistance. The specific rating (e.g., 3 ATM, 5 ATM) is listed on each product's description page.
3 ATM: Splash-resistant. Suitable for everyday use, but should not be submerged.
5 ATM: Suitable for swimming in shallow water, but not for diving or watersports. We always recommend avoiding exposing leather straps to water to preserve their quality.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly to get your watch to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at yihekuajing1@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
