Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with CARLOPHIS. We are committed to getting your new timepiece to you in a timely and secure manner. This policy outlines all the details regarding the processing and shipment of your orders.

SECTION 1 - ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

SECTION 2 - SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Here are our shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping

    • Cost: Complimentary (Free) for all orders over $50.00 USD. For orders under $50.00 USD, the fee is $9.99 USD.

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 15 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Express Shipping

    • Cost: $20.00 USD

    • Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and dispatched.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing.

SECTION 3 - SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

SECTION 4 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES

CARLOPHIS ships from our international workshop in Foshan, China.

For our customers in the United States, there are typically no customs duties or import taxes on orders valued at less than $800 USD. As the value of our products falls below this threshold, you will not have to pay any additional fees to receive your package.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGES

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at yihekuajing1@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for more details.

SECTION 6 - INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have made an error, please contact us immediately at yihekuajing1@gmail.com.
