Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your CARLOPHIS timepiece. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we are pleased to offer a straightforward return process. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
SECTION 1 - 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
SECTION 2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
It must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and undamaged.
It must be in its original packaging, including all tags, manuals, and accessories.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
SECTION 3 - HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To start a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team by email at yihekuajing1@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
Our team will review your request. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions. (Note: To make returns convenient for our US customers, we utilize a return processing center in the United States.)
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
SECTION 4 - REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
SECTION 5 - EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
SECTION 6 - DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund.
SECTION 7 - RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping (if any was charged) will not be included. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
SECTION 8 - NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as gift cards or final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
